1. Shipping Area
We currently ship orders within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons, promotional periods, or unexpected carrier delays, processing times may be slightly extended.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping: $9.99
Estimated delivery time: 7–12 business days
Express Shipping: $19.99
Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days
Free Shipping:
Orders over $200 qualify for free standard shipping.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, carrier conditions, weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@kostorm.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address. Additional shipping fees may apply if a package needs to be resent due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information first for the latest updates.
If the tracking shows that the package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking around your delivery location and contacting the carrier directly.

7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us at support@kostorm.com within a reasonable time after delivery.
