Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use that tracking number to check the latest delivery status of your package.

How to Track Your Order

Please check the shipping confirmation email we sent after your order was dispatched. Click the tracking link in the email, or copy the tracking number and enter it on the carrier’s tracking page.

Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update after your package has shipped.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

After your order has been processed and shipped, standard U.S. delivery usually takes 7–12 business days.

If you have not received a tracking email after your order has been processed, please check your spam or promotions folder first.

If you still cannot find it, please contact us with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Email address used at checkout
  • Full name on the order
